The 49ers remain No. 1 in DVOA but their lead over the No. 2 team has gone from 17.2% last week to 3.0% this week. Also, we have a new No. 2, with Cincinnati now Top 10 in all three phases.

We all had some crazy thoughts at halftime.
I'm only judging those that aren't able to change their opinions after the second half.

The way ppl were talking after 2 quarters you’d think he’s on pace for 20 tds-18 picks

His combined CPOE on throws 10+ air yards leads the NFL (now by a significant margin)
His EPA on throws 10+ air yards leads the NFL.
He has career lows in sack rate and pressure to sack ratio.
And I think we all have the sense he’s just getting started.
2021 through 2025, Joe Burrow was sacked at a 17-game pace of 49 sacks per season.
He's on pace to get sacked just 28 times in 2026.
About as bad of a first half as we've had in the entire Zac Taylor era when considering the situation.
They're either going to sink and get their ass beat in the seconf half or they'll find a way to flip the switch and comeback.
They're fortunate to be down only 13 with the ball coming out of halftime.
