Well.. I just binge watched all seven seasons of The Good Wife, as a first-time viewer.. and.. yeah. Overall, I enjoyed it.
I can almost guarantee it was a cheap producer who made this decision and not the network itself. Not defending the network at all, but Network execs are lazy and barely ever know what's going on with a Production's day to day.
