Nah, ask a Pompey fan if they'd swap a decade in the bottom half of the Championship for their memories of the Premier League and winning the FA Cup.
Was painful after, but you can't erase those memories, even if Sol Campbell probably shouldn't have been earning £50k a week.
I feel sorry for their fans who have been there through the dark times when they were playing in the lower leagues, some may not feel the same about that but they were hoodwinked for over 15 years and the realisation that they may be back to that position again or even worse must feel like a horrible pit in the stomach.
