My conversation with Adi Klevit on Systems Simplified (@bizsuccesscg) is live.
We dug into how businesses get found on ChatGPT and AI search: clear website content, technical cleanup, and consistent publishing.
Clarity trumps cleverness.

"superpowered wizard machine" is my vote for the new word that means "AI"
Replying to @lkr
agreed, this is why I do not understand about people complaining about paying $100/mo or whatever for a superpowered AI wizard machine that does the work of 10 people
😂

Steve Kornacki and Dolly Parton are the only two people I'm aware of that everyone can agree are fabulous
Went to a family milestone birthday recently
Too much pizza. Too much sugar. Danced all night
Kids stayed up way late and snuck way too many sodas while we weren't looking
Best part was watching their smiles
Every once in a while you just gotta let go and have fun
Weil Gotshal is the Lehman Brothers of this generation.
Big law is going to have to reckon with what practicing law looks like after AI takes the effective cost of delivering legal services down to near zero.
Lawyers will argue that AI doesn't fully capture the nuance, context and judgment needed to practice law and represent clients that human lawyers bring to the table.
But that's mostly denial.
It does, and it will. And it will do it even better 6 months from now, and 6 months after that.
An AI can scan through millions of lines of text in seconds and hold it all together in its "brain" in a way that the human brain cannot.
Will lawyers and law firms go away tomorrow? No. But any law firm that depends on the billable hour is facing it biggest existential threat of the modern era.
When I show business owners who's showing up ahead of them, I often hear: "I don't even know who these people are. We're way better." Maybe. But they're ahead because they built detailed pages answering buyers' questions, and you haven't. That's fixable.
Another day, another startup idea that Claude or ChatGPT will ship as a free feature in 6 months
If I had a nickel for every vibe-coded social media scheduling tool I'd be a cajillionaire
Just because you can build it doesn't mean you should
Your website is like an essay with no title and no subheads. Just a wall of text. You say "it's all in there." Google and ChatGPT say "I can't read it." Your headline should say plainly what you do and who it's for. Clarity trumps cleverness.
I am also addicted to grok @bot but it feels like a healthy addiction because it actually takes action and gets things done. Vs. spending time on social media which can be quite passive.
2 years ago Google was supposedly getting killed by ChatGPT
So Google did the obvious thing
It became ChatGPT
AI Overviews went from about 15% of searches to 50% to 80%+

this is a wild story. Guy is having a hard day. Guy is harassed by punk streamer. Guy tells streamer off.
Strangers donate $650K to guy. What a crazy world we live in.

One of the first rules of PR. Don't elevate your opposition by mentioning them.
Got an email from @WisprFlow with step-by-step instructions to disable voice typing in @meetgranola.
I didn't even know Granola had that feature.
I turned it on and cancelled my WisprFlow subscription.
Well said. I feel for this father. No one is perfect and we can’t always control our emotions, especially at the end of a long hard day.
Last thing I’ll say on Walter…
I think this resonated because a lot of people know exactly what that feels like.
You’re working your ass off for your kids, missing time with them you’ll never get back, and somehow STILL falling behind. Then somebody decides to make your night even harder for content.
A lot of us have been that guy. A lot of us were raised by that guy.
People weren’t watching Walter wondering whether he handled everything perfectly. They were thinking, “Jesus Christ, somebody give this guy a break.”
And then they realized they could.
You can’t fix everything for everybody. But a bunch of strangers got together and made life better for one family.
It feels good to give a shit about each other. I think we all needed a little of that.
Have a good weekend fam.
Entrepreneurs are the only people crazy enough who will work 80 hours a week so they can avoid working 40 hours a week for someone else
Guy I know was making $400k a year in sales
Decided to become a founder
Took out a second mortgage on his house
Bet everything on his idea
Now makes $60k a year
Stressed out of his mind
Marriage under pressure
He thought entrepreneurship was freedom
He bought a different kind of prison
Sometimes the job really was the dream
