The Shawn Ryan Show received hundreds of messages following the viral post from Jonathan Howard about his work with Aerial Recovery, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to employing special operators around the world for disaster relief and combating human trafficking. Today, Jonathan Howard and Charlie Keebaugh join me to provide a firsthand account of what they witnessed on the ground during their operations in North Carolina in response to Hurricane Helene. The Shawn Ryan Show has personally made a donation to Aerial Recovery, and their team is currently en route to assist with operations for Hurricane Milton.

I was born in St. Petersburg, raised in Tampa, and went to school in Tallahassee. Anything that happens to the state of Florida, I always feel like happens to me. I think all Floridians feel this way. Florida defined me and the bay area is family. I will do anything to help family, so when @MrMikeCalta brought up doing a benefit show, I had to find a way to make it happen. So, I’ll be at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater next Saturday, October 12th. All proceeds will go to Metropolitan Ministries to aid in relief from Hurricane Helene.
