Peace through strength is more than a principle. It is a responsibility—and one that demands action. The Treasury Department’s decision to allow Russian diesel imports undermines the bipartisan law Congress enacted in 2022 to cut off funding for Putin’s war machine. Today, alongside @RepDonBacon and @RepMGP, I introduced the Ronald Reagan Peace Through Strength Act to nullify that waiver, enforce the existing ban, and safeguard critical U.S. intelligence support for Ukraine. Not a single drop of Russian oil should enter the United States while Putin continues his brutal war against Ukraine. We cannot stand with Ukraine while opening our markets to the energy revenues fueling Russia’s aggression. Our message must be unmistakable: America stands with Ukraine. Our laws must be upheld. And aggression must carry a cost greater than its reward. 🔗Read more: fitzpatrick.house.gov/2026/1…

A special evening of solidarity with our friends at the Ukrainian American Sport Center in North Wales, standing alongside our Ukrainian-American community in support of the Ukrainian people and their fight for freedom. This week, I introduced the Ronald Reagan Peace Through Strength Act to ensure not a single drop of Russian oil enters the United States while Putin continues his war against Ukraine, and to safeguard critical U.S. intelligence support for Ukraine. We cannot stand with Ukraine and bankroll Putin’s war. We cannot seek peace while subsidizing aggression. Peace through strength means ensuring tyranny never pays. My heartfelt thanks to our friends at Tryzub for bringing us together, for their steadfast partnership, and for all they do to strengthen and enrich our community. Together, we will continue standing with the people of Ukraine, defending their freedom and sovereignty, and working toward a just and lasting peace. 🇺🇸🇺🇦

The recent Starlink / Starshield incident in Ukraine has created a dangerous precedence for the US export industry, many haven't yet grasped. The sudden deactivation respectively curtailing of those systems without warning not only cost precious lives, but also equipment worth millions. Though the blame game between the White House (Trump) and SpaceX (Musk) is going on, ultimately it doesn't matter. It showed the world that the USA are not a reliable partner any more. Pointing at some obscure "violation of terms of services" without providing the exact passage are just increasing that notion that this was a political move. The explanation that Starlink must not be used for "offensive" means is nonsense, too. Starlink has never been turned on over Russia, and using it in Ukraine is by definition defensive in nature. You can even argue that hitting Russian targets in Russia is defensive, since you don't have to wait for an attack to be conducted. Even the intention is enough to warrant action and to eliminate the threat at the source. But this is a different topic. Furthermore, SpaceX has been fully aware that its Starlink terminals are being used by Ukrainian forces. Especially when considering that Ukraine only recently had to white-list their Starlink terminals for the Ukrainian military so that Russian forces, who have been abundantly using Starlink as well, were locked out. It has always been clear that those Starlink terminals are used for and by the Ukrainian military, and Ukraine has always been thankful for that. Coming up with this bogus story, now, three weeks before midterms is therefore as transparent as it is shameless. It is obvious for everyone that this was just figleaf statement so that a political agenda can be pushed, an agenda which runs counter to the strategic nationalist interests of the USA, both political and economic. And this is the real scandal. It is not new that the US had to lock out its technology or supplies to nations with which it had previously good and even cordial relation. Iran under the Shah, South-Vietnam and Cuba before Castro are just three to name it. But as you can see from them, it made perfectly sense back then. Those nations switched sides or disappeared altogether. Ukraine on the other hand didn't switch sides and even helped the US in the most recent and botched Iran war, despite being short on ammunition itself. The Ukrainian government accepted every possible compromise and offered an unconditional ceasefire from the start. Russia on the hand refused all of it and is demanding surrender. Yet, it gets this treatment? Unbelievable. This will be noted by all clients around the globe who purchase US weapons and technology. If agreements are not honored and can unilaterally and even clandestinely be altered based on the whims of a few, who only follow their own motives or election lies, then the all concept reliability falls apart. Whether it is Starlink, the F-35, Tomahawk missiles or HIMARS. All those systems run on software and in many cases can only properly operate with recent updates. You don't even need have a kill switch. You can only refuse to update and many of those systems lose more than 90% of their effectiveness within a short period, making worthless. This is why we see the blame game between Musk and Trump. I'm sure that people around those guys told them how absolutely shortsighted and stupid this step was. It will fall back on the entire US industry. Not even those two guys are worth that losses and backlash. A functional US Congress would immediately start subpoenas and hearings, asking questions in order to mitigate the damage, but here we are. Trump and Musk have given the best reason why not to buy American. Customers - governmental and private alike - around the globe will take note of this and act accordingly, and I wouldn't be surprised if this won't be limited to US military products only. An absolutely senseless and avoidable own goal.

Our security guarantees are our security guarantees. They cannot be dictated by the Russian side. Restrictions on our army and Ukraine’s neutrality are not up for discussion. The territorial issue is a red line that can only be discussed at the level of leaders. The Americans have long been raising the issue of exchanging territories – they call it “land swaps.” There are also other formats and proposals for discussion. Everyone must understand. First, we are not exchanging anything for anything. We are ready for discussions. If it is the territorial issue, then it must be discussed at the level of leaders. Other issues – at the level of technical groups. So all of this can be discussed in November. From an interview with Alla Mazur for TSN Week on 1+1, as part of the United News telethon. (2/5)

Today, I learned that our Bluesky donors couldn't reach me. I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and want to update you on our project. On September 26, 2026, I returned to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and am currently serving in the 430th Unmanned Systems Forces Regiment. I posted an announcement about this on my Twitter on October 1: xitter.cf/andrii_soloviov/status…. Physically, I am currently based in Kharkiv. Because of legal requirements, I returned quickly, so we did not initially prepare our operational framework for this transition. For instance: * BRAVEUFund Restructuring: BRAVEUFund had to restructure its operations since I can no longer serve as an officer of the foundation or operate as before. This does not negatively impact our operations or carry any risks; it simply required time to reconfigure our processes. * Logistics & Shipping: For the same reason, we are currently re-establishing our partnerships with postal operators Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta to resume shipping rewards to our donors and giveaway winners. Additionally, I had to personally manage the relocation from Kyiv to Kharkiv, including vacating my apartment—a time-consuming process anyone who has relocated can appreciate. Furthermore, the duties required at my military post take up almost all of my available time. Unfortunately, I didn't prioritize Bluesky as a communication channel, and my chat settings weren't configured correctly, so I didn't receive incoming messages. This issue is resolved as of today, and I will now update information on Bluesky regularly. While this context does not excuse the communication blackout from my side and BRAVEUFund, it clarifies the circumstances behind the delays in communication and reward fulfillment. Once again, I apologize for the lack of communication. We have updated our operational format and settings, and we will ensure a proper standard of communication moving forward. Thank you for your continued patience and support.
Today, we honor the Defenders of Ukraine—both men and women! I am deeply grateful for your protection, for my life and the lives of my family and loved ones, and for the opportunity to work on my native land! As of September 26, I have officially joined the ranks, serving in one of the regiments of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. So now, I can rightfully call myself a Defender of Ukraine as well. It all happened unexpectedly fast, so I had to adapt quickly. This explains my low activity on Twitter recently. However, I still have the opportunity to work productively with the @BraveUFund, complete our ongoing projects, and send out all the prizes to our donors and supporters. Everything has already been arranged and approved by my command. In the coming days, I will begin shipping the prizes. If you would like to congratulate me and support our cause, please consider donating to the foundation’s fundraiser (check the pinned post). Thank you all. I serve the People of Ukraine! Glory to Ukraine!

Many people have been asking me if I’m ready for winter. Last year, I received a DusselFlow thanks to many of my friends here🫂🫶 My DusselFlow means so much to me, and it has been incredibly helpful during power outages. I use it to power my gas boiler, which heats my apartment and provides hot water. And when you have children, having hot water is especially important. Last year, when we experienced severe frosts and spent most of our time without electricity, the DusselFlow truly helped us get through it. It was a real lifesaver for our family. Thank you all so much for your kindness and support. @hottaspotta
Friends, @hottaspotta asked me to record a video and show how DusselFlow works during power outages. In my apartment I have a gas boiler. When there is no electricity, I connect the gas boiler to DusselFlow — and it starts working. Thanks to this, I still have heating in my apartment and hot water. Everything works perfectly. I promised Hottaspotta a long time ago that I would record this video, but I kept postponing it, honestly, I just didn’t have enough time. But today I thought: no, it’s time to finally do it and show it to you.
