Earlier this week in #Odesa, grieving families attended a memorial service for Ukrainian soldiers who died in #Mykolaiv. A #Russian Airstrike on 3/18 targeted a military brigade which killed at least 40 soldiers according to the Ukrainian military. @washingtonpost #Ukraine️War
