When I see Jewish people say they're voting for a Muslim in Michigan's senate race it makes me realize together we are stronger despite our differences. Those who seek to divide us are the true enemy of prosperity.
The immigration debate in Japan requires nuance and thoughtfulness. The moment you make it into an "us" versus "them" argument, you lose sight of the end goal. A better and stronger Japan for everyone who loves this country.
Mark my words, if immigrants become a non-issue, the crazies constantly blaming them will go after some other group. They never offer constructive solutions, they are in the business of blaming. Perhaps the elderly will be next on their radar.
How can people act so shocked at the increase in foreigners and completely ignore the fact that the population decline is accelerating faster than immigrants are coming? Are immigrants soon going to be blame for the population decline on top of everything else?
Fear is how people control. It's a tool leveraged to get you to question reality and what actually matters. The more you use common sense the louder the fear mongers desperately look for a marginalized issue to blow out of proportion.
Baseball hats are ok? Sooo? The difference is your bashing a religion cause you can't be bothered to talk about serious issues facing Japan.
And I should just blindly believe your story why? Not to mention I've heard so many variations of the same story yet never once heard about that experience from anyone I've met here. Could it be you're lying to gain followers?
What's this? The truth matters?
