In case you haven't seen this, please support Community Sports Clubs. If you've ever played sport, or your kids have/do, you'll know they are the backbone of grass roots sport. Now, more than ever, they need your help. Thank you @BadmintonEnglnd @BBCSport

Fresh from Doubles success in Denmark, @ellis_marcus111 & @C_Langridge have sent their thanks to the badminton community.
Without grassroots, the boys would not be where they are. It is the players, coaches & fans who make our sport real.

For anyone who is doing any small/ large efforts or any friend challenge/nominations with a donation involved.... a great cause to give to would be the Anders Foundation doing a lot of great work helping support junior and disabled badminton in England @BadmintonEnglnd – at West Molesey, South East
