@AdmiralUK, Absolute shocking customer service as usual, Heavily pregnant wife in an accident 5 weeks ago, told to keep driving the car even though it’s pissing out oil/water and the bonnet doesn’t even shut! chased today for an update and asking for a courtesy car as
standard practice, only to get a phone call an hour later saying the car is a total write off, how your engineers know this without even looking at the vehicle is beyond me, much to my shock soon as we’ve been told it’s a total loss you no longer need to supply a courtesy
vehicle, I’m not sure what’s worse, writing the car off without even looking at it just to save some hire car fees or advising a heavily pregnant woman to keep driving a vehicle that is deemed unsafe and a total loss for 5 weeks.
