Don’t boo, vote! There’s nothing scarier than not voting. Enjoy Halloween, but make sure you have a plan to vote on November 3rd.

republicans have nothing to offer to the working class so they foment ethnic, religious & racial tensions. it's the only thing they do well. our victories will prove to those watching that this country is not a hateful nation, but one striving to be a pluralistic democracy that's vibrant diverse and strong.
Zohran Mamdani on Abdul El-Sayed: “I think he’s doing a very good job in the way that he’s navigating this race. A race of that magnitude is difficult enough as it is. To have to contend with blatantly racist attacks on a regular basis and the silence of so many around him in the face of that, that is immensely difficult. When we are speaking about millions of dollars being spent trafficking in that racism, it becomes incredibly difficult to both respond to it and continue to move forward and it’s a challenge I think he’s rising to admirably”

Art price discourse: these are 22x17 commissions I've done. I charge $2000. Some artists charge more, some far less. But ultimately you charge what you can get. And you're not just paying for the exact amount of hours it took. The price is a reflection of years of training.

Another example of why audio and a good headset/IEMs is superior in Marathon. I had the Anomaly, and a squad was camping above my exit. The second I opened the exit door, I heard one of them above me switching weapons. I closed the door and ran to another exit. #Marathonthegame

SIR PATRICK STEWART (1940-2026) Before everything else, Patrick was defined by being born and bred in Yorkshire, the proud county in the north of England which he loved to the end. You could hear it in his accented voice and in the stern honesty with which he told you what he thought and felt. Yorkshiremen have no truck with half-truths or avoidance of big issues. He wore his heart on his sleeve, which made him a man to rely on, to admire and in my case, love. We first met as ambitious young actors with the Royal Shakespeare Company half a century ago but we weren’t in the same productions. My first strong memory was a few years later, meeting him in the street in central London when he told me about an offer to take over a leading part in 'Star Trek'. “But Patrick think of your stage career in the UK. Do you really want to risk—getting lost in Hollywood for years and years?”. Well, he took the risk and thank goodness for us all that he did for not just his devoted Trekkies but film and theatre audiences, who marvelled at his using international celebrity to star in a string of cinema successes ('X-Men' of course) and in great classical plays by Shakespeare, Ibsen, Arthur Miller, Peter Shaffer, Pinter and Beckett at Stratford-upon-Avon, in London’s West End and on Broadway. America was his adopted home, where he met his adored Sunny who has cared for him through sickness and health, through thick and thin. But he never forsook his origins: and the proudest achievement of the most respected and beloved actor of his generation on either side of the Atlantic, was his appointment as Chancellor of Huddersfield University in Yorkshire. His farewell performance in 'Avengers: Doomsday' is yet to be seen. Ian McKellen 29 October 2026 Photo: University of Huddersfield

He’ll never know this but Patrick Stewart showed countless boys how to be men. He showed that strength didn't have to mean intimidation, that intelligence should come with humility, and that you could - and should - stand up for what was right even when it cost you something.

Abdul El-Sayed: “We are being actively bullied by the dumbest people in the room. Donald Trump is an idiot. He has one genius which is getting attention. Because his dad never gave him enough, because he was a nepo baby, he craved attention and used the bullying tactics to get it. But the man is an idiot. Just a fool”

If you are someone voting all red in Florida, consider flipping the switch against Byron Donalds- he is bought by data centers and is after selling what's left of our environment out to the highest bidder.
