ECMA: A Call for Transparency and Stability - Sign the Petition! chng.it/gcpd4BPgn5 via @CdnChange
Thanks @BreakOutWest for a great time in lovely @cityofsaskatoon @TourismSask. @maggiedandrew rocked it!
Did @ecmaofficial turn into an arts council when I wasn’t looking? The accomplishments of a record is worth a total of 5% of the judge’s scoring? Wow. Wrong.
Last summer we had a gaggle of geese on the lawn all day long. Today I looked out and we have random fishermen. I prefer the fishermen provided they don’t poop on the lawn.
Times have changed. At The Great Escape with @maggiedandrew band. Get up in the Airbnb expecting beer bottles, instead find they've used all the teacups!
What is with Meta suddenly charging our artists $12/month for verified accounts and providing no information on the charges? And I just found a $7.99 charge for a virtual reality service? And I dare you to try their help service- useless. I had to google just to get this info.
Heading home from NSMW. Thanks to the amazingly dedicated staff @musicnovascotia who make it all happen! #nsmw2023
There is TOO much paperwork in the music business right now - showcase submissions, awards submissions, conference registrations, royalty registrations, distribution uploads and on and on and on. Where's the fun? I'm counting on some of that next week @nsmwfest
We really really need a part-time admin person at Jones & Co. Not someone who aspires to be in the music business. Just a really good ADMIN human.
Lots of @musicnovascotia noms! and Searchlight Top 10 for @maggieandrew. Congrats team - @carletonstone @williestratton @coreylerue Nik MacDonald, @thomasstajcer Stephen Smith, Devin Farrell, Fang Recording - and friends @nikkimunnz @erincostelo Micah Smith @crescendohfx - etc
It's REAL! @crescendohfx schedule announced today. Hard at work. Check it out - gonna be GREAT crescendofest.com
Happy Birthday @maggiedandrew Excited for your new single on Friday! Hope everyone pre-saves it for your birthday! ffm.to/maggieandrew-betterth…
Hmmmm. I love @musicnovascotia but, truthfully, none of my producer clients are going to benefit from having a nomination or win for "Recording Sector of the Year" on their wiki page.
Our neighbour had to get his big boat out to rescue Wayne’s little boat! Geese . . . it’s a long story.
