We were never going to be very good with this roster and the year is more about growth and establishing a program.. But damn, it sucks to feel like any slight bubble hopes we might have just took a massive hit in Game 1. Going to be hard to get fan buy-in the rest of the way.

The refs didn’t even bother spotting the ball after that play and discussed the penalty for 30 seconds. Led to us punting instead of going for it because we didn’t know how close we were. Insane.

Just a massive game for the Chiefs today. Huge difference between 6-1 with 5-3 Broncos vs 5-2 with 6-2 Broncos and them having a much easier schedule the rest of the way.
