I 💯 relate to this. As someone that outwardly appears high performing, I also find it particularly difficult to express the amount of frustration and loss I feel over that cost and what could have been. Im constantly aware of how difficult ADHD makes meeting my full potential.
It’s my last day with the @YassaLab! What a pleasure the last four years have been. So grateful for all of the one-of-a-kind friends that I met and the environment that enabled me to grow both personally and professionally.

I was 18 at UCSB when the shooting in Isla Vista happened, and it totally shattered my sense of safety in the world. In those seven years, we’ve made next to no progress on preventing these atrocities. I sit with a constant feeling of dread that lightning is due to strike twice.
I’ve watched friends grieve the loss of loved ones, across MULTIPLE incidences. It is inexcusable and abhorrent how commonplace mass murder is in America, and how little our government has done to intervene. #ENOUGH #EnoughIsEnough
