This is getting absolutely ridiculous. Announcing that your services are down more than an hour after everything has already stopped working, providing no estimated time for resolution, and saying you’re sorry for the inconvenience while some of us have ad payments to make, businesses to run, and important things to take care of that rely on our Revolut accounts is not just insulting, it’s completely unacceptable.
Do you seriously think that “we’re experiencing issues and we’re sorry” is an acceptable response from a bank? We’re talking about people’s money, businesses, and financial commitments here, not some minor inconvenience. Your customers deserve transparency, timely communication, and, at the very least, an estimated timeframe for when they can expect their accounts to work again.
This level of communication and service is simply unacceptable.
