I'm Eileen Laubacher. A retired Rear Admiral and the Democrat running against Lauren Boebert. I know what sacrifice means and service looks like. Boebert doesn’t have a clue. Can you help me get to 20k followers to show her we can do this?!

The BlogSpot website that is rehosting my post and claiming to be the original is full of other such posts from other websites, suggesting this is part of a wider campaign to scrub information about Ziemian.

I have no spoons today
🥄 Ever felt like you just do not have enough energy to get through the day? Imagine if every task, no matter how small, drained your energy significantly. This is the essence of the spoon theory, created by writer Christine Miserandino. Using spoons to represent units of energy, this metaphor vividly explains the daily struggles faced by people with chronic illnesses. Each spoon signifies a limited resource, and everyday activities can deplete these energy reserves quickly. Miserandino developed this concept to describe her experience with lupus to a friend. At a restaurant, she handed her friend a limited number of spoons and asked her to describe her daily routine, removing a spoon for each activity. The exercise demonstrated how people with chronic illnesses may plan their actions in advance in order to conserve energy. The theory has spread to different groups to describe their specific experiences of exhaustion. It is commonly used to refer to invisible disabilities, as those with no outwardly visible symptoms are sometimes misunderstood as inconsistent or bad at managing time. For people with mental health issues like anxiety or depression, the spoon theory illustrates how challenging it can be to manage daily tasks with limited emotional energy. I did. No other launch providers who enable media access have any restrictions like those now imposed by ULA.

Interesting vid someone sent me ... Conservative Desmond Swayne in the super safe New Forest West seat but facing huge anger at a hustings over the sewage issue. He defends his voting record but audience cheers when he's told off for calling questioner a "shrinking violet"

British satirical outlet The Daily Mash has authored a piece dubbed “How to hide that you’re secretly madly in love with Vladimir Putin: a guide for right-wingers” It alludes to @Nigel_Farage’s recent interview where he blamed NATO and EU for Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine.

Surreal. Ed Conway's analysis shows that even after Rishi Sunak's proposed tax cuts, taxes will reach a new 80 year high! Every time someone says the Conservatives are cutting taxes in this manifesto, show them this analysis

Excellent news:
I can confirm with 100 percent confidence that there is no emergency on board the International Space Station. It was a sim not involving the crew.

Boris Johnson today calls Starmer “Sir Keir Schnorrer” (see attached). “Schnorrer” is the Yiddish word for beggar and scrounger. It is pretty offensive. It was part of the lingua franca of my grandparents and of my childhood. I find it unsettling to see Johnson appropriating it to describe someone whose wife is Jewish - and especially when he says “if Schnorrer gets in, he will immediately begin the process of robbing this country of its new-found independence and make the UK the punk of the EU”. What do you think? Am I being over sensitive?
