As S39.1 testing continues at Massey's, we also just saw a deluge test at Pad 2 following a couple hours of BQD and holddown clamp testing. @NASASpaceflight | nsf.live/starbase

Been a while since I've posted a timelapse of Falcon 9 Second Stage "musical chairs" action at SpaceX McGregor. This afternoon, the next Stage 2 arrived and switched places with the last Stage 2, which soon departed for its upcoming mission at a space port near you! @NASASpaceflight | nsf.live/mcgregor

High cadence launch needs high cadence testing. With more than 100 launches in backlog (and counting), we're building a new state-of-the-art test facility to accelerate static fire stack testing for Electron and HASTE rockets. Check out the new test pad underway within our Propulsion Test Complex 🧵👇

Just now, on the Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel call, member Charlie Precourt said the latest estimate for refuelings needed to support a Starship landing on the Moon is "around 22" launches.

Happy 65th birthday, NASA’s Stennis Space Center! 🎉 On Oct 25, 1961, NASA announced plans to build a rocket test site in south Mississippi to support the Apollo Program. In the decades since, work at the site has helped power every major chapter of America’s space program.

Welcome back Falcon 9! ASOG returns home to Port Canaveral with B1085 securely on board, a sight that is set to become much less common as Falcon 9 operations slow dramatically at the Cape.

A sight that’s starting to feel novel again… Falcon 9 first stage B1085 has returned to Port Canaveral aboard SpaceX’s recovery drone ship “A Shortfall of Gravitas,” after launching the Bandwagon-5 mission this past Tuesday morning. With no Falcon launch operations expected for the next ~6 weeks from Florida, that would mark the longest gap between Space Coast launches since 2020. 📸 - @NASASpaceflight nsf.live/spacecoast

BREAKING: The first indication of @BlueOrigin's New Glenn Return-To-Flight is here... December 28, 2026. The CADENA air traffic advisory lists this mission as "New Glenn 4.1". The rocket which exploded was "New Glenn-4". As ever, these dates are extremely provisional, and should be taken with a pinch of salt until more concrete information is released. 📷 @thenasaman/@NASASpaceflight
