This shows the nuance that is missing from most of the cellphone ban discussions, and a review of some of the evidence.
(Anecdotally from our work around Ontario the feedback on the ban has been mostly positive)

Thank you @CityMaximum for bringing your gang to the new Island. I think this was the point on the tour where I mentioned that old people will retire, and that I was thrilled to meet our new leaders who will bring positive change. What an engaged group. 🙌✌️

Last week I got to do a cool thing that probably puts me on a very short list: I gave a keynote speech w my father. The topic was Transforming School Cultures & the audience was Franco-Ontarian school leaders, which includes the school my kids attend. 3 generations in 1 speech!
Great to the share the stage w @MichaelFullan1 for a keynote on Transforming School Cultures for 300+ Franco-Ontarians school leaders @adfo
Three generations of Fullans implicated since my kids attend a Franco-Ontarian school!

At Marc Garneau Collegiate this morning for @CityMaximum’s kind of project: listening to students’ ideas about how to change their neighbourhood @Metrolinx
Thanks to @theyorkschool for hosting me & other speakers on youth climate action this morning!
Mobilization & persuasion - two powerful forces for change that young people can activate best
I wrote about schools as social responsibility in the winter issue of Principal Connections

For @Spacing's 20th anniversary issue, I listened to kids about what they want for Toronto's future.
They are a pro growth, pro sustainability, and pro belonging crowd
