I understand what so many Missouri families are dealing with because I'm there with you. My own kids are 10, 8, 4, and 2. Every day I'm working a 9-5, volunteering at church, coaching soccer games, picking up girls from dance practice, or wrestling the toddler.
I have a picture of my family right in front of the voting button on my desk in the House. They are the last thing I see before deciding which button to push - and the reason why I've chosen to serve northwest Missouri.
I've always focused on pro-family and pro-growth policies in the Missouri House of Representatives. Policies to help the next generation of Missourians have more opportunities here at home. To stay in Missouri and raise their own families here. To have a safer Missouri.
With your support, I'll continue that work in Jefferson City next January. This week, no excuse absentee voting will start in Missouri. If you live in the 8th District, I'd be honored to earn your vote and once again be your representative in the Missouri House.
In my six years representing you in Jefferson City, I've fought for lower taxes and fewer regulations to help grow Missouri's economy. I'm thankful to have received endorsements from the Missouri Chamber PAC and also KC BizPAC, the Political Action Committee of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce in Partnership with the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City.
I appreciated the opportunity to discuss the issues facing our state at the @Northland_nni Candidate forum tonight. However, after going one versus six for 75 minutes, I was ready to refuel with some Jesus Chicken! #moleg
Small businesses are the backbone of our economy. I'm proud to have fought for lower taxes and increased opportunities for our mom and pop shops and once again earned the endorsement of the @nfib_mo - the voice of small business.
St. Joseph, Missouri, has referred allegations to police that a current Missouri House candidate had parental daycare payments meant for a nonprofit routed to her personal account.
According to an email from City Manager Mike Schumacher, obtained exclusively by Heartlander News, the city discovered that “some payments [by parents for daycare expenses] went to a personal Venmo account which was operated by the former executive director.”
Got to spend some time yesterday afternoon putting up 4x8s across the district. 16 days until Election Day! #moleg
I'm proud to have once again earned the endorsement of the @MORight2LifePAC and encourage everyone to join me in voting YES on Amendment 3.
As legislators, we have a responsibility to protect unborn life and ensure that children are not rushed into life-altering medical decisions. I support Amendment 3 because it would protect the unborn while providing care for the women carrying them, require parental consent for minors’ abortions, and prohibit gender-transition procedures for minors. I believe these are important protections for unborn children, parents, and young people, while recognizing the need for medical care in emergencies, ectopic pregnancies, and miscarriages. #moleg

If you live in Missouri, please understand what Amendment 6 is: Mob rule.
Unless you believe elections and legislatures no longer matter and you’d like liberal, large city populations to dictate life in Missouri via petitions forever, vote NO on 6.

You're going to start seeing more of these in yards across the district! If you want one in your yard, feel free to message me or comment below! #moleg
Maybe you should have checked if I actually voted to spend that money first... #moleg
The real question may be, how can a state legislator vote to take away $60 million from @MoEducation to send, in part, to his employer who funds private schools? “Scholarship Coordinator” at @HerzogEducation AND legislator, well played.👏 herzogfoundation.com/about/#…
The real question is, why are parents choosing to leave their neighborhood school? Perhaps a little introspection is required at what caused the four alarm fire instead of complaining that lawmakers built a fire escape. #moleg
Missouri's public-school formula is more than $190 million short in FY27, while $60 million is appropriated for private school vouchers through MOScholars. Those are choices, not accidents. What should our priorities be? mosba.org/article/2892697 @MASALeaders @MissouriSBA
25 years ago, the idea of America was attacked. The Judeo-Christian values that form our nation's foundation and the basis of our constitution. The ideals of freedom and liberty and self-governance.
As a nation, we vowed to Never Forget. Part of that is passing the lessons of 9/11 to our children. That's easy to do in Smithville, as we have a piece of steel from the WTC as part of our downtown 9/11 memorial, thanks to the efforts of the Smithville American Legion Post 58.
