Be careful when driving. An occupant in a passing vehicle threw a rock through my windshield striking me in the chest. My entire family was in the car as well. Fortunately, I took the brunt of it and no broken bones. Could have been so much worse.
I don’t care what anyone says but this one of the greatest music videos ever produced. Pure LA energy.

A few random thoughts about the journey of the ambitious:
1. You're going to lose way more than you win.
You're going to fuck up way more than you do right.
If you make a legitimate effort to improve and keep going, things will work out.
2. Surround yourself with smarter people than you, as fast as possible.
3. When you fuck up… do your best to make it right.
4. When things are good, try to remember that you don't know that much and you aren't that good.
5. When things are bad, remember that people have gone through much harder circumstances than you are currently facing and still won big in life.
6. It's a duty to keep going and build a good life because others will win or lose in life from the example you set.
7. Apologize when you're wrong.
8. The less skill you have, the tougher you have to be.
9. Nobody has it figured out...
...Especially the people who pretend to.
10. Keep going. It's worth it.
I had a $400 discrepancy on my tax return and the IRS went after me, made me pay, and charged me interest. Throw all the politicians and individuals that defrauded us through USAID for billions in prison. F*ck them.
Maybe Biden pardoned Hunter to make it less controversial for Trump to pardon J6ers. Trump would have pardoned Hunter either way.
With all the shakeups that Trump is trying to do in DC, it’s important to remember that all he can do is slow the decline for a few years. The only person that is going to save this country is we the people. No politician can do that.
What you tolerate is what you will get in life. If you tolerate your addiction then you will live with an addiction. Change is made when you can’t tolerate that which affects your life.
If you keep telling yourself that you can’t do something, then you will never do it. Change your mindset and you change your outcome.

As you work on overcoming your addiction, remember that you don’t have limits, you only have excuses.
Excuses will limit the degree of success you will have.
Recovering addicts are some of the most resilient people I’ve ever met. If you are struggling with addiction, finding people who are in recovery will be a source of strength and hope.

Visualization is a powerful tool in addiction recovery. It’s inspiring and motivating to see where you will be rather than where you’ve been. Create a vision of your future self and revisit that vision daily.

If every person lived the teaching of the good Samaritan the world would be an infinitely better place.
Discipline is a highly underrated attribute that most people don’t develop. If you are trying to recover from an addiction you will have to develop discipline if you want to succeed. There is no other option.
