Replying to @coingecko
@coingecko's deep dive on @ponsdotfamily ends on the right question: what stays useful after launch week?
207,893 tokens launched in the first 32 days of Pons V2.
Only 3,228 graduated to Uniswap.
But graduation measures whether a market fills. It doesn't tell you whether anyone keeps building.
That's the layer HEY tracks.
Of the Pons launches we currently track, 34 are still shipping through public releases, contract deployments and code activity.
Not a ranking. Not a recommendation.
Just evidence of who kept building after the launch rush.
CoinGecko suggests looking at which markets still trade after 7 and 30 days.
We'd add one more column:
Is the team still shipping?
Durable liquidity + durable building tells a much more interesting story than launch numbers alone.
Great research by @IQWIKI with data from @Bitquery_io.

Every launch on Robinhood Chain, one pixel each.
1,663,255 launched.
1,145 building.
1 in 1,453.
Hey Research Lab finds the one.

Small builders are useful enough to build your ecosystem, but never important enough to get your attention.
Without builders, Robinhood Chain is nothing.
This isn't FUD. We build on Robinhood Chain every day and we want it to win more than anyone. So let's say the quiet part out loud.
This chain earned about $51M in fees in its first quarter. More than Ethereum, by ARK's count.
The builder money we can find in public is $1M Robinhood put into Arbitrum's hackathons. The $100M developer program everyone talks about is still a rumor.
Since mid September:
Daily DEX volume fell from $2.6B to $1.1B.
Trades from 7M a day to 2M.
Token launches from 28,000 a day to 7,000.
Pons fees from $11.4M on its best day to about $300K. Down 97%.
The builders didn't leave. 20 to 40 teams still ship every single day. 257 ships from 162 projects last week. Real releases, real contracts, real code. Hey Research Lab reads every one of them off its source.
And almost nobody sees them. They post their releases to empty timelines. They ship at 3am and wake up to zero replies. They pay for servers, RPC, indexers and audits out of their own pockets, hoping someone notices. Pay peanuts and you get monkeys, and these teams aren't even getting peanuts.
For how long? Until the savings run out? Until another team quietly shuts down? Until the people doing the work accept that nobody was coming to look?
Every time Robinhood talks about this chain, it's Stock Tokens and RWA. We understand, that's yours. But the builders are yours too.
We know you can't promote tokens. We're not asking you to. Promote the builders: their apps, their code, their releases. A directory of what's built here. Grants that go straight to the teams. A spotlight on your own timeline. None of that is investment advice. All of it is discovery.
@vladtenev @johannkerbrat @RobinhoodCrypto make the selection process public. Show us how an unknown team gets considered. Publish who receives support, why they were chosen, and what they deliver. Let the work compete.
@ponsdotfamily most of this chain launched through you. When your market drops, every project on it drops too, shipping or not. Help the teams who keep building on what you launched get seen.
Be as angry at Hey Research Lab as you want. Ignore us, criticize us, make us the ones you blame. We can take it. But at least support the small builders. The ones still here, still shipping, still believing.
We're not writing this to fight anyone. We're writing it because we want Robinhood Chain to make it. Robinhood, Pons, the builders and everyone using what gets built here are on the same side. A better ecosystem only happens if we build it together.
If you build on Robinhood Chain, or you love something built here, quote this post. Share one thing you're proud of on this chain and tag @vladtenev. Let him see who's still here.
We're not going anywhere. We'll keep shipping and keep counting every ship.
Open the door. Let the work speak.

Not every commit is a ship.
A bot committing every 25 minutes: not counted.
27 releases cut in 3 seconds: counts once.
A dependency bump: not counted.
A docs-only week: not counted.
A blog post with no release in it: not counted.
What's left is building. That's what Hey Research Lab counts, and every ship keeps its source.

We just rebuilt our GitHub profile from the ground up. If you build on Robinhood Chain, it's worth two minutes of your time 👇
github.com/hey-research-lab
Hey Research Lab is the public record of building on Robinhood Chain. We read the chain, the code and the releases, and answer one question with evidence: who is actually building, and what did they ship? Every claim links to its source. Price is context, never the verdict.
Here's what you'll find on the profile:
Live numbers. Robinhood Chain projects and tokens on record, project pages, teams proven to be building, and every fix we've sent. Refreshed every day.
Fixes we send upstream. When we read a team's code and find a bug we can fix, we open the pull request ourselves: dead explorer links, wrong chain config, block-time maths, stale contract addresses. 145 so far, to 119 repos we don't own, and 17 merged by their teams.
Tools you can use today, free. Check any token, read the weekly builder report, call the public API, embed a live builder card, or show your project's HEY badge.
Built for AI agents. A hosted MCP server, an ERC-8004 agent registered on Robinhood Chain, and a connector in Claude's directory.
Open source. The SDK, MCP server, CLI, token check and the Robinhood Chain registry, all public and MIT licensed.
Teams already building with us:
@usechit
@RHToolsXYZ
@HoodLockRH
@Orus_agent
@axon402
@pfwafun
If you're building on Robinhood Chain and want builder context in your product, the API, the embed and the badge are all free. Read the code, fork it, or send us a fix of your own.

You're watching the wrong 99.93% of Robinhood Chain.
1.6 million tokens. We can prove 1,117 teams are actually building. That's 0.07%, and almost nobody is watching them.
We spent three months tracking all of it. What we found:
→ 300 new tokens a day for every team that ships
→ The 100 busiest tokens trade $109,110 a day. Builders' tokens trade $150
→ 1,661 "ships" in one week, much of it bots. Every honest rule made the number smaller
→ We sent fixes to 114 repos we don't own. 10 merged
The builders are already here. The attention just hasn't caught up.
Which builder on Robinhood Chain deserves more eyes? Tag them below 👇
Where I live, when someone owes you money and doesn’t pay, you don’t talk about court. You talk about whether it’s worth the stress. Most times people decide it isn’t, and that’s the end of it.
I thought about that while watching this film below. Lee Castleton didn’t have the option of letting it go. A computer said he owed the Post Office £23,000, he fought it, and he came out owing £321,000 in legal costs. All for a debt that wasn’t real.
“Justice has always worked best for those who can pay.”
That's a line from the film below, and I don’t think that’s an exaggeration because innocence doesn't always mean you get justice. Sometimes, you do not have the money to fight long enough for the truth to come out.
That part of the film establishes one thing only: Being right isn’t enough.
You also have to be able to afford to prove it.
This is why, where I live, you’d often hear people say, “let’s settle it ourselves” because everyone knows what the courts cost in time and money. That’s not trust in each other. It’s a quiet verdict on the system.
Ask anyone who’s been cheated out of a few hundred dollars whether they’d sue. They won’t say no because they’re wrong. They’ll say no because they can do the math: the lawyer, the delays, the years. The debt wins by default.
Think about tomorrow. Soon, smart computer programs (AI agents) will be making millions of tiny deals every single minute. They will buy things, sign digital contracts, and trade with each other.
What happens when two AI agents disagree or make a mistake?
When an AI agent misinterprets a parameter, defaults on a digital handshake, or executes a flawed trade?
We cannot take a robot to a human court. A court that takes 75 years to close a case, or charges £321,000 to settle a £23,000 dispute, can’t handle a dispute worth $40 between two agents at 3 am. Nobody will hire a lawyer for that. They’ll either absorb the loss or never trust the deal in the first place.
So the AI era doesn’t just need faster courts. It needs a different kind of judge: one that is cheap enough for small disputes, fast enough to keep up with machines, and neutral enough that the side with the bigger budget doesn’t win by default.
The video asks a great question: "If this is the justice we built for people, don’t you think the AI era deserves better?"
#JusticeNeedsAnUpgrade
And my answer is a loud yes.
Because if we are building a future where AI agents can transact at a scale humans never could, then we must also build a way to resolve disputes that doesn't inherit the same failures we have spent centuries struggling with.
That is what makes @GenLayer interesting to me. The agentic economy needs more than intelligence and automation. It needs a credible way to determine what is fair when agreements break down, without making the cost of seeking justice greater than the value of what was lost.
Justice should not depend on who can afford to fight the longest. And in the AI era, it shouldn't depend on who has the deepest pockets either.
We are teaching machines to make millions of deals. It's time we taught the system how to settle them fairly.
Slow. Expensive. Wrong.
It's been this way for centuries. It doesn't have to be.

Hey Research Lab tracks every builder on Robinhood Chain and reads every change they ship. When that work surfaces a bug in a public repository, we prepare a fix and submit it to the team for review.
To date: 61 pull requests across 51 teams. Five have been reviewed and merged:
@ChainstackHQ: updated the Robinhood Chain block explorer in the developer docs, which pointed to a domain that no longer resolves
@crynuxio: corrected the explorer links for the token and relay contract addresses
@EkuboProtocol: fixed unterminated quotes that broke the default RPC URLs in the committed environment files
@useAgentOS: made base-unit conversions exact for amounts beyond 28 significant digits
@lain___os: restored detection of explorer purchases when the router contract is verified
54 further fixes are under review with their teams. Each team decides what it merges.
This work continues as part of our research. A stronger @RobinhoodCrypto ecosystem is built one verified fix at a time.

A lot of crypto projects are just a name. Nobody is behind them.
The website looks great. The posts sound exciting. Everyone is talking about it. But when you look closer, nobody is working. The team went quiet weeks ago, or there never was one.
Hey Research Lab shows you the difference in seconds.
Type in the token's name, and you see what the team behind it is actually doing:
Are they still working on it, or did they go quiet?
When did they last put out something new, and what was it?
Which token is the real one, and which ones are fakes using the same name?
In the video we checked @StaticsProtocol. Their team put out new work the same day we checked, with 8 updates in the last 30 days, all with proof. We also found several fake tokens using the Statics Protocol name on other contracts. Same name, nobody behind them.
Everything comes with proof. You can click through and see the actual work for yourself. Nothing is guessed, and nothing is paid for.
And when you find the answer, you can share it in one click, so your friends see the facts too.
It's free. It doesn't tell you what to buy. It tells you if anyone is really building.
Before you trust a project, check who's behind it.
Hey Research Lab.

We built a city out of every ship on Robinhood Chain.
2,916 floors. 1,065 builders. Every lit window is a release, a new contract or a week of real code.
The builders here ship on weekends too: 273 releases and contracts landed on a Saturday or Sunday since July.
So this one's a reminder.
Close the laptop. Touch grass. Family first.
The city will still be here on Monday. 🌱

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: LETGO AND SPLASH HAVE BECOME A NATIONAL CONCERN. @letgoHQ
We interrupt your regular timeline to bring you a developing story that nobody asked for, but somebody had to investigate.
Letgo and Splash, two Thrill gamblers who stream their sessions on Kick, have reportedly been winning so much that we had to bring in a whole news team to look into the situation. 😭
At this point, the question is no longer whether they are winning. The question is whether the rest of us are supposed to just sit here and watch this happen.
Our newsroom has reviewed the situation, examined the evidence, and prepared a special report. The findings? These two are still winning, and apparently, nobody knows when it will stop. 💀
We tried to report this story normally, but the situation got out of hand. Please watch until the end. 😂
This is my entry for the Letgo/Splash Meme Contest. I put this together for the laughs, and I hope it gives you a good one too.
Let the investigation continue. 🫡

What a vibe 🇸🇬
I spent some time today testing @FirsayAI, an outreach intelligence desk that builds verifiable lead lists from X data.
I tested the People & projects mode to find Web3 KOLs who have public Telegram contacts.
The observation: It actually verifies the context rather than just keyword scraping. The evidence ledger pulled exact bio proofs and public Telegram handles, assigning one profile a perfect 100 confidence score and another a 29.
The improvement: Since searches consume API credits, adding a "minimum confidence score" filter before running the task would be a massive help
It would stop the system from pulling in those lower 29-score matches and ensure the research budget is only spent on top-tier prospects.
