Heart disease kills 1 out of 3 women, so if that’s not your heart, it will be your partner, sister, mother, daughter, or someone close to you.

Most people don’t know what heart disease is and it’s the new silent killer.
My sister @JudyMLuu will explain it to you!
We shared the same bunk bed in the same marginalized neighborhood for almost 20 years.

This is Dr. Judy Luu, MD/PhD. @JudyMLuu
Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year.
Most women don’t recognize heart disease as a cause of death.
This is a big problem.
Judy shared a bunk bed with me until high school. The odds were against her to succeed from the beginning.
Today, she spends most of her time saving lives.
I’m proud of her!
She's a cardiologist specializing in women's heart health.
We’re supporting her vision to reduce the burden of heart disease for women from marginalized and vulnerable populations worldwide.
Please vote for my sister Judy to raise funds for her research!

In 1980s, I was born in Vietnam.
This is a country destroyed by war. My parents had no reliable source of food, water or shelter. They raised me with what they had which was very little.
Life was not always easy growing up. There were some insanely tough times. The odds were stacked against us.
Today, I’m thankful each and everyday.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to donate a supply of winter clothing, rice and formula for children in a village in Vietnam.
Any parent would understand, a child’s smile is the light of the world. This is best part knowing that they will be safe and happy.
We don’t have to build a rocket ship to space, cure cancer or solve world hunger.
Sometimes we forget but I’ll remind you, kindness to each other and empathy goes a long way even if it’s tiny and no one can see it.
