It all started with a dm.Someone DM’d me and asked me to send my rate card for promotion. I sent it, and the next day, they reached out again with an invoice, didn’t even argue about the price. Instead, they told me it was going to be a long-term partnership, not the normal per-post or monthly gig. I was so happy because that was a lot of money. They asked me to drop my account details, which I did. When it was time to pay, they told me the company would make the payment directly and that I should wait.
