I believe all media stations in Ghana should start asking why MTN Ghana’s profit margin is higher than those of major US carriers. In many countries, this would spark massive public outrage and protests, especially considering that US carriers offer far more benefits, including unlimited mobile data plans. They are heavily taking so much from us. We should put our differences aside and have this conversation.

A court order was reportedly issued to MTN Ghana on June 23. Someone mistakenly transferred GH₵60,000 and contacted MTN MoMo, which successfully placed the money on hold. Over 4 months later, No timeframe from MTN, MTN has still not released the money to the sender, even after the recipient confirmed it was a wrong transaction. Some people also claim that MTN eventually deactivates accounts after a certain period. This raises serious concerns about possible insider work. Ghanaian authorities need to sit up and investigate MTN work in this country.

He also lied that he paid 2000 cedis when he sent me to the “Bone Setters”Place. He only paid 900 cedis and I paid the rest.
He also lied that he came to the Hospital and upon arrival he didn’t know how to reach me (he has my brother’s number btw)

When the girls with these bare minimum jobs are buying cars, building shops, constantly traveling, etc, you’ll say it’s some old man sponsoring🤣 You think people will go into those businesses if there was no money there?💀
The rate at which some Ghanaian girls are becoming comfortable with doing the bare minimum is actually crazy.
Your mates are in the mining sector, law firms, big hospitals, IT, engineering and other serious fields, building careers for themselves. But you spend years in school, get the opportunity to build something solid, and suddenly it's "I have my own business."
Wey business you dey do too aa, hair salon, ice kenkey, sobolo, thrift, Shein, Temu,Nail tech, selling wigs etc.
And before you come for me, there's absolutely nothing wrong with any of these businesses. Making your own money is commendable. But why must it be the only thing you aspire to when you have the opportunity to build a professional career as well?
Use the business as a side hustle. Grow it, invest in it, make money from it, but don't limit yourself. There's more to life than just surviving from one sale to another.
Chale, raise your standards and aim higher. A time will come when some of the opportunities you're taking for granted today won't be available again yoo.
