Mary is the most faithful Mediatrix of our salvation… He who is devoted to Mary shall never perish.”
St. Alphonsus Liguori
St. Padre Pio and St. Thérèse of Lisieux, pray for us that we may trust God's mercy in our suffering and walk the little way of love with courage and peace. Amen."
The Angel of Peace (also called the Angel of Portugal) appeared to the three shepherd children of Fatima....
Lúcia dos Santos and her cousins Francisco and Jacinta Marto, three times in 1916, before the apparitions of Our Lady began in 1917. He taught them two main prayers of reparation.
The first, which he taught them to say while kneeling with their foreheads to the ground:
“My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love You! I ask pardon of You for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope and do not love You!”
The second, which he taught them while they were prostrate, after showing them a host and chalice suspended in the air and giving them Holy Communion:
“Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I adore You profoundly, and I offer You the most precious Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges and indifference with which He Himself is offended. And, through the infinite merits of His most Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of You the conversion of poor sinners.”
These are the prayers recorded in Sister Lúcia’s memoirs of the Fátima events.
The Pardon Prayer➕
My God, I believe, I adore, I hope and I love Thee! I ask pardon for those who do not believe, do not adore, do not hope, and do not love Thee.
Amen.
Among the healing miracles attributed to Saint Charbel Makhlouf, the 1993 healing of Nohad El Shami is the most famous and thoroughly documented.
Nohad El Shami, a 55-year-old Lebanese woman, suffered from partial paralysis caused by severe blockage of the carotid arteries. Her condition left her unable to move normally, and doctors considered surgery too risky.
After praying a novena to St. Charbel, she dreamed that the saint, accompanied by another monk (widely believed to be Saint Maron), operated on her neck. When she awoke on January 22, 1993, she was completely healed.
She could walk, speak, and move normally again. She also found two fresh, surgical-like scars on her neck that remained visible for years.
Following an investigation by Church authorities and medical experts, the healing was recognized as extraordinary. St. Charbel's monastery asked Nohad to return regularly as a witness to God's grace through the saint's intercession.
Her testimony has inspired countless pilgrims, and the event remains one of the best-known healing miracles associated with St. Charbel.
May the divine mercy
open ways of hope
in your life
O Merciful Jesus,
I place my trust in You.
I surrender my worries,
fears, and burdens
into Your loving hands.Pour Your Divine Mercy
over my life
and open the doors
that no one else can open.
Turn my trials into triumph,
my tears into joy,
and my darkness into
Your glorious light.
Jesus, I trust in You.
Jesus, I believe in Your Mercy.
Jesus, I thank You
for the hope You renew
every day. Amen.
Prayer of Abandonment
I abandon myself into Your hands;
do with me what You will.
Whatever You may do,
I thank You.
I am ready for all,I accept all;
Let only Your will be done in me,
and in all Your creatures.
I wish no more than this,O Lord.
Into Your hands,I commend my soul;
I offer it to You,
with all the love of my heart,
for I love You,Lord,
and so need to give myself,
to surrender myself into Your hands,
without reserve,
and with boundless confidence,
for You are my Father.
