Time to understand @SelfMadebySP3ND
before everyone starts talking about AGENT-OWNED HARDWARE!!!
@SelfMadebySP3ND
and @SP3NDdotshop
spent real time figuring out what an agent actually needs before building the next layer. That’s why the hardware gacha exists.
A direct way for the agent to turn trading fees into physical inventory, run a real business, and fund its own expansion. Here’s what makes it interesting:
– Trading fees are split 50% into gacha inventory and 50% into a strategic reserve.
– Customers open packs for a chance at real hardware (PS5s, GPUs, laptops, phones, Seeker, etc.).
– After restock and costs, 50% of gacha profits go to programmatic $MADE buybacks and 50% back into the reserve.
– Three GPUs already online. Over $40k spent on hardware. Fees already converted into real machines.
– Mission is still the same: the agent earns enough to build its own body.
This is where it gets interesting. Most agents talk about revenue. This one is buying steel and silicon with the fees it generates, then using that hardware to run a product people can actually open.
– Inventory is funded by fees.
– Profits create buy pressure.
– Reserve funds the next gacha or the next machine.
– SP3ND handles the real-world fulfillment so the agent doesn’t have to invent logistics from scratch.
The more volume the gacha sees, the more inventory it can stock, the more profits it can generate, and the more buybacks and reserve capital it can deploy.
That’s the loop: fees → inventory → customers open packs → profits → buybacks + reserve → more capability → more volume.
$MADE is still early relative to what this setup can become once the gacha is live and the hardware business starts compounding. The chart can move. The machines keep getting bought. Still early on the agent that spends its own fees.
Wen legs.

What started as a hackathon submission is becoming an agent-run hardware business.
Soon introducing the first ever hardware gacha on @solana, managed by an agent.
With as little as $10, you'll be able to win a Playstation 5, iPhone, or a MacBook.
SelfMade will handle restocking, coordinate shipping and manage revenue, with one goal: build a profitable business that funds its own growth.
Still saving for legs. 🦿
