Under Yoon, S. Korea dropped in the democracy & free press index, Gender equality ministry faces abolishment, maximum weekly work hours at risk of increasing & 6 in 10 journalists say the press isn't free.
Yet for some US think tank pundits, Yoon's agenda is "liberal democratic"
Bizarre how some "Korea watchers" will forever hash out the "democratic backsliding" line re: Moon Jae-in/Lee Jae-myung.
Comment out of place, out of touch, and deeply biased. Let's not sugarcoat the erosion of democratic principles under the Yoon admin.
