🗣️ Bahattin Akgül (former youth level teammate of Arda Güler):
“Me and Arda played together for about 7 or 8 months. He was quiet, well-mannered, never getting into trouble with anyone and spoke very little.
He would bring food from home and eat sandwiches during the matches, while we would go to restaurants.
Even when we invited him to join us and go out to eat, he would refuse.
Arda was committed, steady, and hardworking in order to become a professional footballer.”

A heartbreaking tragedy. Fifteen-year-old Ghanaian Jarvis Frimpong was reportedly shot dead in the Bronx by teenagers who had bullied him. His father revealed that Jarvis had only arrived in the United States a year ago. Watching his father break down in tears is absolutely devastating. A young life cut short, a family shattered, and a future stolen. This is truly heartbreaking. 💔

He left Ghana for a better life in America. Just a year later, 15-year-old Javits Frimpong has been shot dead in the Bronx, New York and police are searching for three teenage suspects.

This morning, this woman threatened to be@t me because I asked her not to sell on the footbridge.
This is for your attention Okaikwei North Municipal Assembly @HonLindaAkweley @GhPoliceService @urbanroadsgh.
She was so aggressive and claimed even a policeman had passed by and bought her tea so what right do I have to stop her from selling on the footbridge when the policeman didn’t.
She eventually went down the footbridge after the intervention of one pedestrian.
Pardon me for the break in audio, I was trying to reach the Assembly Member for the area.

🚨 At Real Madrid, they always emphasise Andriy Lunin’s personality.
He does not see himself as inferior to Thibaut Courtois, and his self belief and faith is why he is always ready to perform despite playing very infrequently behind Thibaut Courtois. @diarioas

Huijsen also did NOT commit a foul vs Espanyol, Sevilla, and Real Sociedad. @diarioas
