I was a rideshare driver when Covid lock down started, ride requests were few...I got a ride request, "Woohoo", start driving to them, they canceled and sent the message "Happy Corona" Not cool. #JEllynRealLife

Phoned with my Aunt Kathy today so sharing a fond memory of her: As a child I lived in the city of Chicago & she lives in a quiet town. Visiting her we went to a local ice cream parlor where I tried what would become my favorite ice cream: Mint Chocolate Chip ♥️♥️ #JEllynRealLife

I can be a poor gift receiver. One Christmas a boyfriend gave me a heart necklace that was not my style. I accepted it but when his mother found out I didn't want to wear it: she took it & said she would wear it 😯 #JEllynRealLife

I do not like speed boats: About age 12, I was put at the front of a speed boat with a driver going straight into big waves. I went up then straight down causing me to be knocked out of air and unable to speak to share my problem... #JEllynRealLife

Mother & I went to an amusement park looking forward to a new roller coaster. We got in line, waited an hour & a half to the ride where an attendant measured my height, told me I was too short to ride....why did that guy at the front taking heights let me through #JEllynRealLife

Working at a gas station and water starts shooting out of one of the drink machines. I can't get the hose to stop so go for the plug. I feel an electric shock up my arm as I unplug the machine... #JEllynRealLife

For two years, I worked at a great toy store. 1 year after Thanksgiving I was busy selling and bagging so I assumed a big doll nearby was a customers purchase. Found out later it was not so someone got a free gift that #BlackFriday #JEllynRealLife

As a child my parents took a mini vaca every Thanksgiving to a certain hotel. One year I brought my favorite doll down to the pool. I put her under a chair so she wasn't just sitting out but when we returned- she was gone ☹️ #JEllynRealLife
