My uncle just called me. He said that he received an email from the GOP saying that “communist teachers are indoctrinating children with CRT and Marxist ideologies,” and they need $ to stop it.
He asked me what “CRT” is and if this is really happening. I explained IT IS A LIE.

We spend 50% more hours in school than Finland. And they get 15 mins of recess every hour. They have NO standardized tests except for PISA in HS and they outperform us every time. If we can’t give students more movement, recess, and play time then we don’t understand education.

U.S. Office of Special Counsel: Lynne Patton, the former Trump appointee who served at HUD, has been disciplined for violating the Hatch Act.
