THE ANSWER
Not every search brings someone home alive. We know that going in.
Some of our work begins after hope has changed shape. The family isn’t waiting for a rescue anymore. They’re waiting for an answer.

*MODERATE TO MAJOR COASTAL FLOODING* is expected the next several days in #Florida. Exceptionally high king tides combined with persistent, breezy onshore winds will push saltwater into vulnerable neighborhoods, beach erosion and areas with flooded roads leading to closures. Remember, saltwater can damage cars. Don't take a chance driving through it! My forecast is below for saltwater flooding above normally dry ground at high tide, especially Monday & Tuesday. Green is 1 - 2 feet, Yellow is 2 - 3 feet and Orange is 3 - 4 feet. I'll continue to keep you updated.

Our Canine Unit spends countless hours training with their K9s for any situation. This is just one example of the many scenarios our K9 teams prep for: a suspect on the run.
K9 Bico practiced taking down a suspect without getting distracted by the other officers We’re giving Bico a 10/10 for his performance!
