When the metaverse was hot, VCs were chasing us down. Most of them couldn't have told you what a metaverse actually was. I spent months educating people who wanted in on a trend they didn't understand. Infuriating. I'm NOT doing that again. At Orange I'm helping to build the Decision Graph. It's source-verified, time-aware evidence that links a business situation, the evidence behind a decision, the action taken and the measured outcome. It's for independent founders and the agents working for them. The part I don't want to spend half a pitch explaining is that the same evidence gets used three ways. Founders use it to decide what to do next. Platforms license it for their own customers. Agents request it programmatically. It's captured inside the workflow, not scraped, so every decision gets recorded alongside what actually happened afterwards. That's the moat, and it gets deeper with every founder who uses it. If you're a fund with portfolio companies building for founders, or building agents, several of them could plug into this and get more out of what they've already built. Where we actually are: 3,800+ founder and product records screened 76 source-checked records An invite-only access through orangejam.app Our first read-only API demo is due in ten working days But agents are about to make a LOT of commercial decisions, and almost nobody is capturing what actually works. We are working to make that a thing of the past.

Going to be working with some of the early access founders who apply and get approved on orangejam.app. Looking forward to working on getting founders to their right next move, using the new intelligence layer I am building. See you there

The very early stage and raw beginnings of what I believe will be a vitally important tool for all Solopreneurs and Indie Hackers. Building in Public Day 1.
