The session โGeopolitical Conflicts Driving High Cost of Living: Navigating Crisis the Professional Way,โ explored how geopolitical conflicts influence trade, supply chains, market stability and the cost of essential goods, while highlighting the need for strategic leadership, resilience and informed decision-making in times of uncertainty.
The session was chaired by Prof. Isaiah I.C. Wakindiki, Vice Chancellor, KCA University, with insights from Mr. Evans Maturu, Deputy Director, General - State Department for Foreign Affairs and CPA Tom Odundo, Senior Deputy Accountant General, State Department for Trade.
The discussion underscored the importance of equipping professionals with the knowledge and strategies to navigate economic disruptions and build resilience in an increasingly unpredictable global environment.
