Lessons only time teaches you:
1/ A great team goes even further than you think
2/ The journey in the end, no matter how long, ends in the blink of an eye
3/ You win being the most committed
4/ Each year compounds to something better than last year. Even the rough years.

Only 66 years from first flight to landing on the moon, but now half a century has passed since the last moon landing.
That cannot be our high water mark as a civilization.
Humanity should have a moon base, cities on Mars and be out there among the stars!

Real Estate Update:
CardoneCapital distributes $7,600,000 in December
and a total of $59,100,000 for 2023 to its investors;
CEO Cardone says, "cash flow consistently distributed to investors is indication the properties are well managed & healthy."
At a time when real estate syndicators struggle with inflated insurance cost, taxes, and floating rate loans maturing, Cardone Capital distributed almost $60,000,000 to its investors.
VP @RyanTseko says, "Grant is very disciplined in where we invested and makes sure we are always well capitalized."
Cardone Capital has 12,000+ units and 1/2 million square feet of office, occupied at approx 94% across both.

I wear a mask because I have #Cancer NOT because of #Covid
Maybe next time think twice before passing judgement and saying something stupid.

Interesting concept - aligns well with how @redbull marketing team pushes to promote a lifestyle not a product

While I have been taken advantage of before I have never been scammed more by an individual than the traps below.
The last two will kill you.
