. @kyle None of the tokenized stocks give you full, automatic voting rights like a regular share in underlying companies. Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities / derivatives. You get price exposure and dividend-equivalent treatment, not shareholder or voting rights. Binance bStocks: No vote while you hold the token. They are certificates with economic exposure, not the shares themselves. To vote, convert 1:1 into the real stock on Binance. Coinbase tokenized stocks on Base: No automatic vote. Only “vested” holders who complete KYC/AML can send instructions; the issuer may try to vote the custodied shares. Unvested DeFi holders cannot vote or redeem. Coinbase is the closest (limited pass-through for vested holders). Robinhood and Binance bStocks give none unless you exit the token and hold the actual stock.
