@MetroNorth I am on the 5:39 from Chappaqua to grand central and the AC in 2 of the cars is broken. It’s 90 degrees out. This is inhumane. I feel like I am going to pass out and I have a baby with me. Please advise. This is concerning and I need a refund.
Also pls do periodic checks of the elevators. They are constantly down. Those of us who need them are constantly facing big, BIG issues because of this.

Dr. Jim Loehr was the innovator and godfather of sports psychology. He worked with everyone from Jim Courier to Novak Djokovic. I quoted him in countless articles, always spellbound by his wit, wisdom and warmth. Jim passed away on 4/20 at age 83. He will be missed.
