I have a take: the three decks below are the ones that are most responsible for the state of the metagame!
They're so heavily played, and so strong when unchecked, that they force people to play tech!
So, is this a diverse meta? Sort of. To be honest, I think Thanos Fractured Frontier was doing a lot of work that people didn't appreciate in terms of making people play less tech cards.
Everything has tradeoffs, I suppose.

The source of this metagame is the rampant energy cheat and green power available to VKM/Witch/Wolf packages, which means to react to that, you gotta get Mobius and SK involved.
Discard is actually in a pretty good spot, because none of the good tech cards people play beat you. You can just throw prio and vomit points on 6 and SK/Mobius do nothing.

I'll do one as a lob to myself: I think the new metagame has a lot of 20 point games and 80 point games, and not a lot of middle ground, and that the importance of Mobius/SK/Stardust after the nerf to Thanos was sadly predictable. Point allocation has never mattered less.

VKM/Wolf/QoC decks are quite good, but Mobius/SK decks eat them.
Batroc remains swimming under the radar, and Thanos FF is a solid play too - more on him later.
