There is nothing you have done in your past that God canโt forgive. Who you were before God is not who you are after God. Change takes time as the Holy Spirit fills your life and sincere repentance is necessary for change, but God will create you spiritually new. He has never given up on you, His love for you endures forever. Thank you God for never giving up on me.
Everything makes me cry lately, my failures and God's forgiveness, my shortcomings (which are many) and His Grace. I beat myself up so badly for everything I haven't done, should have done and still want to do and then there He is again just Holding me and LOVING me. I am Paul, I am David, I'm Joshua and Peter and to throw myself at His glorious feet is the only thing I can think to do to show Him how much I love Him for what He has done for us, when He didn't NEED to do ANYTHING at all. How selfish we can be when we think He owes us. How privileged we are that He has saved our very Souls. How blessed we are that He has called us HIS.

Please pray for my brother, my niece and her husband. We moved my mother with dementia into their house this evening. Please Lord, calm her spirit, bless their house and fill it with your peace. ๐
God does not bless us by giving us every earthly thing we think we want, quite the opposite, He blesses us by teaching us that the earthly things should Not be our deep focus or desire, and to be grateful for that which we have.

Do you know the Father and Jesus ?
Itโs Gods will that you know Him.
โAnd this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.โ
~ John 17:3 NKJV
"For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow." Ecclesiastes 1:18
Be careful in thinking you're a better Christian or more enlightened than everyone else, the thought would never cross the mind of those whose eyes are truly focused on Jesus.
I'm not on here too much lately, but asking for prayers that I make the right decisions. My mother's health with dementia has declined rapidly this past week and we are moving her into my brother's house for various reasons. This means my daily role will be much, much less and I will be working elsewhere. Please pray for my mother, my brother's family and myself while we transition. Thank you ๐
Be careful whom you admire, the devil is not blatant or obvious much of the time. He is smooth and subtle, with willowy whispers and ethereal beauty and things that seem pure and holy to the naked eye. Monsters are real and they aim to make you fall in love with them before they devour you. Discernment is God's gift to us, wrapped in the Truth of the Holy Spirit. If you seek Him, He will tell you what you need to know. If you cover yourself with Him, He will show you all the lies.
Nothing I've done in my past, that I am doing now or that I will do in the future can make God love me less. We choose to separate ourselves from God, we wander, we rebel, we run, we sin, it is always our choice.
God, this Perfect, Divine Being, He waits in love, compassion and forgiveness, He desires our presence and a deep, intimate relationship with us. He, the Creator of all time and space, He chooses Us.
He, chose Us.
I love the Lord with all my heart and thank Him every day for all the ways He has blessed me, yet in this season, I also feel distant and removed. I feel like I'm failing God, like I'm not doing much for His Kingdom. I know the enemy is whispering shame, but I also know there is just so much more I want to do for Jesus. I also know whatever I do does not get me a ticket to heaven and His Grace is sufficient for me, but I can't seem to get rid of this feeling that I'm not doing what I should and I'm not where I'm supposed to be. Anyone ever feel this way? ๐
Nothing else really matters but the blood Jesus Christ shed for us. We have been saved for an eternity with Him, our Creator. An eternity without suffering and filled with everlasting love and pure joy. Sign me up. ๐
The fact that the Perfect, Divine God takes the time and care to communicate with us on our human level when we truly seek Him is a miracle in itself. He deems us worthy when we are not. He loves us when we are so difficult to love. He has given us freedom from the void of Him when we continuously choose to rebel. He, the One True God is spectacular and pure.

Between egypt where you were enslaved and canaan where you were promised lies the desert, and the desert is God. if you want to meet God you have to walk through the desert. exodus isn't just a narrative. you have to get out of egypt, you have to put blood on the door to leave, you have to pass through the waters, and then you're alone with God, alone in the heat and sand, and if you can handle that, if you can take forty years of God stripping everything from you, forty years of God showing you what you really are without the jewels and garlands of egypt, then maybe, if you're lucky, you get to canaan where you can plant. but most people never leave egypt, and the ones who do turn around at the first sandstorm. the desert is where God speaks to all men, but few can bear to listen
