Honest question why do you guys care so much? I could say "release the webb cut" or "release the taylor cut" or "save daredevil" and you won't care but if you say " Restore The SnyderVerse " its somehow the worse thing ever
How is this different than the Hamadaverse? Wasn't he literally hired to give the DCU direction?
James Gunn is defending the DCU and his decision to expand the universe with “individual stories”:
“The DCU is just an alternate universe; we can enter at any location or time and tell THAT story. I dislike the idea that individual stories aren’t meaningful unless they lead to something else. People not understanding this is strange to me, because ‘Star Wars’ has essentially been doing this for 50 years across movies, shows, games and books, admittedly without the tonal variety."

I just finished watching Smallville, and now I understand why so many people consider it one of DC's greatest works. It's just beautiful. The storyline, the character development, and the way they introduced new elements while connecting them to things that happened earlier in the series were so well done.
Lionel Luthor for example, he was first introduced essentially as just Lex's father, but as the story progressed, we discovered that he was involved in so much more. The writers kept revealing new layers to his character, and that made the story even more interesting.
One thing I particularly loved was how they brought so many DC characters into the series and connected their stories. There were so many characters and references that made the world feel bigger.
The timeline and the way certain characters were portrayed were quite different from what I expected, but I still loved how much of the DC universe they managed to incorporate into the show.
Honestly, Smallville was just beautiful. ❤️
Idk why WB all of a sudden at the worst time in history decided not to panic and shift gears but stick to their guns however the gun they're sticking to is a failing universe

Just a reminder that WB cut 30 mins of storytelling form BvS. Announced an extended cut 2 weeks before the movie released. Removed it early from theatres. And there was a spambot hate campaign against it.
And this is why DC in the gutter. WB screwed everything up.
