KSDPC RECEIVES NIQS KADUNA CHAPTER DELEGATION
The KSDPC received a courtesy visit from a delegation of the Kaduna State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), led by the 17th Chapter Chairman, QS Saidu Minin Mohammed, MNIQS.
KSDPC remains committed to fostering strategic partnerships with relevant professional bodies to promote professionalism, accountability, cost efficiency, and quality in property development, in line with the SUSTAIN Agenda of HE, Sen Uba Sani, Executive Governor of Kaduna State.

KSDPC received a courtesy visit from a delegation of Arkset Group, a real estate development and construction company.
The visit created a platform for engagement to explore potential collaboration with the Kaduna State Government, and expand property development and contribute to the growth of the state's real estate sector.

AHAMADU BELLO UNIVERSITY STUDENTS BOOSTS NIGERIA'S PROFILE AGAIN WITH AWARD IN MEDICAL INNOVATION IN CHINA
Knowledge becomes meaningful when it is used to solve human problems. This has found expression in the work of female team of the medical students of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria which developed a diagnostic device capable of producing multiple test results within seconds.The innovation earned the team top honours at an international competition and secured a research grant from Huawei ICT during the 2025/2026 event in China.

Isah Abdullahi, (FACPM, MNIQS, CPM, PPrM), convened a meeting for a presentation by the Property & Land Management Department on company products and other initiatives advancing the state's SUSTAIN Agenda under H.E. Sen. Uba Sani – at Ungwan Jatau, Nigeria
KSDPC team monitored progress at the box culvert linking Ungwan Yelwa and Gbagyi Villa communities in Chikun LGA. The project is being delivered under a Public-Private Partnership model, in line with H.E. Sen. Uba Sani’s SUSTAIN Agenda for community infrastructure. – at Ungwan Jatau, Nigeria
