The most interesting finding from the NYT voter analysis is that Trump won Millennial Hispanic Men in New York (51%) & New Jersey (57%), Illinois (49%) AND California (48%).
Gen Z was the same in NY (50%) and NJ (54%). Illinois was tied (49%) and California was 44%.

More material from AIPAC targeting the Black community in Michigan . I hope people are wise enough not to fall for it

This is the same group moderate Democrats in power blindly worship. Gotta vote for the racist White man or stay home because Israel above all.

The nationwide tab looks pretty accurate and Im salivating.
The individual states, not so much. Pennsylvania has the 2nd biggest shift right in battlegrounds here for Black voters despite the fact Black Philly is most Democratic area in the country in 2024? 97% Biden to 95% Kamala without two party share of vote. Pittsburgh barely budged either.
In this supposedly Florida & Pennsylvania Black voters shifting practically the same is a pretty noticeable error.
Big new demographic tool from the NYT — they find that between 2020-24 in Georgia, white voters shifted one percentage point towards Democrats while Black voters shifted 5 percentage points towards Republicans: nytimes.com/interactive/2024…

Why does Mary Waters have a commercial on the radio implicitly telling people to vote for Mike Rogers & Jocelyn Benson in a split ticket?
Because they're trying to turn a narrative and astroturfed campaign into reality, Abdul could do 2pts worse than Jocelyn in Detroit but Mike Rogers would still be stuck at 6 - 7% of the vote.
I think some of these pieces have been done well (many have not), but journalistically, it really is questionable that every single piece quotes the same 3 or 4 Black voters.
There are 1.4 million Black people in Michigan. I think we all personally know Black republicans, and there are always Black voters who are frustrated enough with Michigan Dems to vote against them, so I really don’t think it would be hard for reporters to find fresh voices? Otherwise it seems like you’re just quoting the people who were fed to you by the campaigns & the orgs working for them.

She's literally at every Mike Rogers event, the true token

If disaffected White Republicans actually vote 6% for Ty Pinkins this would be a close race lol
49% Hyde - 45% Scott - 6% Pinkins
Otherwise it would be something like 53% Hyde to 45% Scott.
