KW&SC has replaced an 18-inch-diameter sewer line that had collapsed near Jalebi Chowk in Korangi No. 6.

35 MGD Treated Water for Industrial Reuse
Haroonabad Treatment Plant-I (TP-1) has started treating 35 MGD of wastewater per day for industrial reuse.
The treated water will provide an alternative source for industrial users, helping reduce reliance on freshwater supplies.
The treated water has been tested and found suitable for industrial use. The project is expected to contribute to water conservation, environmental sustainability and reduced pressure on freshwater resources.
