We are still in the process of unfreezing company bank accounts (frozen since July 2022) in order to allow us to deal with customer issues around funds loaded. As soon as this has been resolved, we will begin to action this. Thanks

6: FUNDS TRANSFERRED BUT NOT CREDITED If you transferred funds that were not credited, we will either: 1: Transfer the funds to your new K Wearables account when live, or 2: Transfer the funds back to you at that time (we can not do this currently due to Moorwand's actions) 7/8
