Today I announced I will designate @KentonCAO Rob Sanders to serve as Commonwealth's Attorney for Campbell County. He has dedicated his career to prosecuting felonies in NKY and I’m grateful he has agreed to take on additional responsibilities.

🚨 UPDATE: The family of murdered Kentucky State Trooper Hayden Phillips — his three young kids and his beautiful wife — are now being supported by a @GiveSendGo campaign
I've personally donated $500 to the fund. 100% of it will go to his family for funeral expenses and whatever else they need to get back up on their feet.
This hero gave his life in the line of duty today at the hands of a career criminal. The LEAST we can do is take care of his beautiful family, from whom he was taken from FAR too early.
If you can’t donate, please pray for the Phillips family 🙏🏻

This predator will remain behind bars as a direct result of the outstanding work of @KentonCAO Rob Sanders, and Kentucky law enforcement. I’m proud the Attorney General’s Office could join their effort and uphold this conviction.
