I was amazed by the technical competence of this MP Kimeze as he grilled engineers about the Expressway. This guy was formerly ED of the defunct UNRA. If Parliament is to become a meaningful place we need to allow public servants to join politics without first resigning their jobs. They have immense experience.

The Ugandan Ministry of Finance @mofpedU says that Oil revenues will be used for budget support activities under the 84.4 Trillion National Budget for the FY 2026/2027.
The Director Economic Affairs @mofpedU Moses Kaggwa explains that only about 0.8% of the revenues will be used and the balance injected into the oil revenue investment reserve.
