Today, I joined my brother Primates, Bishops and the people of Rwanda for the enthronement and installation of The Most Rev. Dr. Manasseh Gahima as the 5th Archbishop of the Anglican Church of Rwanda. May God grant him wisdom, grace and strength as he shepherds His Church.
I also congratulate my brother, now retired Archbishop Dr. Laurent Mbanda, on his faithful ministry, particularly his leadership of @gafconference. May God bless him with good health, joy and fruitful retirement.
