Second to last time up here at Chapel Hill for my ACL leap study. Results show I’ve gotten way stronger since the last visit which is great news ‼️ I see my surgeon in a week and from there I should be cleared to return to full practice with contact. One more month til return 🤞

Back at the sports & science Dpt. at Chapel Hill for my 8 month analysis. Results show that my leg is getting increasingly stronger as the weeks progress! Still allowed to practice but only non-contact. Cant wait to be back‼️

Been quiet the last 9 months. After ACLR surgery but I’m back! Packed on 15lb of muscle, strength training, PT…etc. My journey isn’t over, it’s just beginning. Only 4 months until return, looking forward to when I take the court again! #Classof2025 I’m coming! 🏀 Phil 4:16 ✝️
