Built a simple Scanner module to easily fetch data from all the Etherscan Clone API endpoints. github.com/web3-systems/mult… Extending the core API function signatures with a chainId parameter, so it is one client and infinite connections.

When there's no return value expected, the call is prepended with EXTCODEHASH to make sure a contract exists there, which costs 700. As long as there's a return value, the check is instead RETURNDATASIZE >= expected length which is much much cheaper.
