Just a friendly reminder, to keep it safe this seeding season. Got to see first hand a sprayer water hauler go straight through the 4 way stop. Safety first, seconds of time to stop, not going to change your outcomes.
My life, and my kiddo do not come second to your spray op.

10 years, 4 days apart, same field. Only difference was in 2016 we were 60% seeded vs 11.5% this year.

Hear me out here - MULTIPLE high speed rail lines.
Have them running to East/West coasts.
But make them underground.
And shape them like a tube.
And don't put trains or people in them - put crude and nat gas in the fucking things

Congrats to Shelby Robinson who successfully defended her MSc thesis on Oct. 23!
"Evaluation of swath grazing simple and complex polycrop mixtures on forage biomass and quality, beef cow performance and enteric methane emissions, system economics and soil health characteristics"
I’m pretty proud of the tiny humans that we are raising up @JYakemchuk

🌽Early corn planting? Read first👇
Getting seed in the ground early can pay off — if the conditions are right. Before you roll, check soil temps, watch the forecast, and make sure your hybrid can handle the cold. A few days of patience now could mean bushels more at harvest. 🌱

There is a reason he lost. Good old liberals.
Pierre losing his seat made absolutely no sense. So I dug into things a bit further. What I didn’t know, was that his riding expanded into heavy Liberal territory. Exactly why Carney chose his riding right beside Pierre’s, instead of Edmonton where he announced his leadership bid and where he grew up.
Once you factor in immigration into all these metro areas, the whole thing is mind blowing.
I’m rarely surprised, but as I was researching more, I was shocked by this too.
I truly believe we are moving towards a one-party state, where Liberals are importing voters. Which partially could explain the fast track system to citizenship & why they won’t stop birth tourism or any of the loopholes that exist today.

I do appreciate living in a democracy but it is hard to understand what makes some people think the way they do. If you can’t see the damage the Liberal parties mismanagement and gross overspending has done to your kids & grandkids, I don’t know how you can be helped.

People wonder why the sales barn presort calves get sick
Look at the load sizes here over 59000 pounds in MooseJaw today
Crowded calves arrive under stress that they dont deserve
Shipping fever pneumonia even on short hauls sets in quickly upon arrival
Let alone longer trips

Voting NDP in SK is the same as farmers seeding saline spots in fields. Track record is terrible, but it looks nice and black after seeding, you think there’s hope, and it always fails and costs money.
It’s all part of the learning process. Might be a more “toddler” learning process outlined here. But - learning new skills are hard… hang in there if you are in the thick of it. #Friday_Motivation

Being offered lots of sets of calves here from the west
Seeing more of them on creep feed
Thats the very last thing calf buyers are looking for
If the calves have exposure to some good dry feed and silage would be preferred
Dont creep feed the calves on whole oats etc

Canada's only infant formula manufacturing facility is now open...
And it is owned by China.
This is the legacy of supply management. We need other countries to seek opportunities, domestically.
