why would a new player want to stay around a community where you are have to interact with toxic people. friends of mine who started playing competitive around the same time as me dealt with similar situations of unnecessary harassment/bullying a decade ago. we need to be better

the people like myself and kn actually stuck around and still grinded despite this crap, but what about the thousands of people who dipped their feet into the world of competitive, and left with no regrets after only a few interactions. it’s our fault this scene is small lol
